A Hearty Thank You to all of the Fencing Alumni who stopped by to see us on Sunday, April 13, 2008.

It was just wonderful to see all of you and to hear about what you are doing now. We certainly are proud of you in your life achievements! We have to say that the best part of the afternoon for us was talking and laughing over old times and remembering old acquaintances and antics.

Please remember to send some copies of the photos you took during you visit. And, if you come across any old photos of your fencing years, send us copies. We’re looking forward to seeing them and sharing them at the Alumni Meet and Reception over the Feb 6, 7 & 8, 2009 weekend.

The Duke Fencing Team welcomed back its alumni with a reception and Alumni Fencing Meet in February of 2004.

Saturday - February 7, 2004
8:00am - 4:15pm	NCAA Women's Fencing in Card Gym
6:00pm	Alumni Reception in the Duke Fencing Gym (barbecue, light hors d'oeurves and drinks; guests welcome)
7:00pm	Drawing for two tickets to the Duke/Clemson men's basketball game (7:30pm, Feb. 8)

9:00am - 12:30pm	Alumni Fencing Meet in Card Gym
9:00 - 9:30	Bagels and distribution of equipment
9:30 - 10:30	Warm-up and fencing with alumni
10:30 - 11:30	Team matches against the varsity squads
